Most of Chris’ volunteering comes through his love of theater. When he’s involved in a show, he donates the equivalent of a part-time job to the theater he’s performing with—his way of giving back to the community and supporting the vibrant local arts scene in Fairfield County.

When Chris isn’t working in real estate, you’ll often find him on stage performing in local musical theater productions, a passion he’s had since grade school. He frequently appears at Curtain Call in Stamford and other community theaters throughout the area. Outside of the spotlight, Chris enjoys playing sports, working out, reading, cooking, and traveling. He’s also an avid fan of board games, fantasy and NFL football, and card collecting—and if you’re ever looking for your next great binge-watch, he’s got plenty of recommendations ready to go.

Professionally, Chris loves what he does, and it shows. As a Realtor®, he takes pride in helping buyers and sellers navigate some of the biggest decisions of their lives. Alongside his brother and business partner, Joe, Chris also owns and manages an investment portfolio of multi-family properties. With over nine years of property management experience, he’s well-versed in handling tenant relations, accounting, finances, property maintenance, and leasing. Chris and Joe have built a strong reputation for helping multi-family owners successfully market and sell their properties for the best possible return.
